About Us

Antietam Realty, Inc. was founded in 1990 by Linda Stains, a Waynesboro resident, with a focus on property management. In 2015 the company was sold to Linda's daughter, Jennifer (Stains) Martin, who grew the number of managed rentals by leaps and bounds and hired a wonderful staff of customer-service minded people. Antietam Realty is under new ownership, as of January 2023. The staff has not changed. We are still focused primarily on property management. We want to continue to grow the business, in rental management and sales, and we want to serve our community well. We strive for excellence in all we do. We put the needs of our clients first, and we are dedicated to producing dependable results for every investor we serve. When you hire our team, you know that your property is in capable hands.

Our team includes licensed Realtors (PA). We can help you find and purchase your next rental investment property. 

05 Communication

We're available to our owners and tenants via text, email, phone call, or in person during office hours and by appointment. We have staff on-call for after-hours emergencies.

06 Repairs & Maintenance

Coordinating maintenance and repairs as approved by our owners and as required by the governing municipalities in order to ensure safety, value and integrity of the property.

07 Inspections

Thorough and detailed move-in and move-out inspections are completed to protect our owner's valuable investment and help our tenants maximize their security deposit return. Periodic inspections are done as required by the governing municipalities and as needed to ensure lease compliance.

08 Accounts Payable & Owner Reporting

Payment of utility bills, maintenance & repair invoices, rental licenses, etc. as authorized by the property owner. Monthly owner statements and payments can be sent via email and ACH or via USPS. We also send year-end statements for tax reporting purposes.

  • How do I pay my rent?

    Log into your online portal to pay your rent. If you are not yet registered, please create an account here!

  • How do I submit a maintenance request?

    Please submit a maintenance request through the tenant portal

    1. From the Home or Maintenance tab, click Request Maintenance.
    2. Enter a detailed description of the issue, upload one or more photos of the item needing attention, give the property manager permission to enter with their key, then click Submit Request.
    3. In the event of an emergency, please call 223-304-0300.
